BSI’s Understanding process auditing course teaches the principles and practices of effective management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2002, “Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing.” Experienced instructors assist students in reviewing audit skills, explaining different types of audits and their applications, and demonstrating techniques for planning, executing, reporting, and following-up of audits. Role-play exercises provide students with practical experience in conducting internal audits and improve participants’ knowledge of management systems auditing principles.

Prerequisite
