Understanding ISO 22000:2005: One day course

BSI’s Understanding ISO 22000:2005 course is designed for individuals seeking a basic understanding of the ISO 22000 standard.  This one day course provides a detailed overview of the clauses of ISO 22000 and illustrates how the standard can help organizations effectively maintain a food safety management system.  The course also discusses how organizations can fit the requirements of ISO 22000 into their existing food safety management systems, including those based on HACCP, to protect the entire food supply chain.  Participants are led by an experienced BSI instructor and are asked to complete exercises to solidify understanding of the requirements of ISO 22000 and food safety management systems as applicable to their organizations.
