ITIL Foundations

ITIL has become the standard IT Service Management within the largest government agencies and programs.  ITIL V.3 Certification is a must in order to remain competitive within the Federal Government IT marketplace.  The successful Implementation of ITIL V.3 best practices has proven to increase organizational efficiencies, help reduce operating costs and improve end user satisfaction.  Participants will be introduced to a best practices approach to Service Management that represents the experiences of some of the best run IT organizations in the world.  At the conclusion of the session, participants will be administered the required exam to achieve ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management.  Certification is sanctioned by EXIN (Examination Institute for Information Science), an independent non-profit organization that oversees ITIL certification in various countries around the world.

It is a prerequisite for the Practitioner's and Manager's Certificates in IT Service Management and an excellent course for government contractors with access to secure networks.

  • Day 1: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Day 2: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Day 3: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Includes a 60 minute, 40 question, and multiple-choice exam. An independent examination body marks the exam
