Change often requires a broader view of an organization. This session provides the essential organizational development tools including diagnosis, environmental fit, needs analysis, workforce design, competency, revenues, and staffing.

  • Learn the underpinnings of Organizational Development and its interdependency with Change, Leadership, and Change Management;
  • Examine Organizational Development diagnosis and intervention methods;
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Performance Management;
  • Learn how to research OD needs of an organization;
  • Discover the keys to hiring and retaining quality staff;
  • Learn how to assess OD strengths and weaknesses and produce a plan of action;
  • Explore the basics of designing effective organizational interventions; and
  • Discover ways to institute the values of worthwhile work, goal achievement, and motivating others.
