BSI’s “Advanced Process Auditing Course” teaches the principles and practices of effective management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2002, “Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing.” Experienced instructors assist students in reviewing audit skills, understanding different approaches to carrying out audits and establishing the link between business performance and the work of the auditor. Role-play exercises provide students with practical experience in conducting internal audits and improve participants’ knowledge of management systems auditing principles.
