BSI's "ISO 9001:2008 Design, Verification and Validation" course is designed to help pinpoint how deficiencies might occur in meeting customer requirements and the requirements of clause 7.3 of ISO 9001:2008. The course provides direction on methods used to avoid these deficiencies during requirements analysis, product design, development, verification, and validation.
Example cases are provided in satisfying unusual customer-requested products, starting with requirements and following through to achievement of expectation. Part of the course structure requires participants to consider their own organizational and customer requirements, practices, and expectations.
