BSI’s ISO 9001:2008 Executive overview course provides a high-level introduction to management systems. This course is designed for executives with a great need to learn how to support and optimize a management system. An experienced instructor will discuss the five major clauses in ISO 9001:2008, focusing on Clause 5: Management Responsibility.
