ISO 9001:2008 Internal auditor (unaccredited): Two day course

BSI’s Internal auditor course teaches the principles and practices of effective internal audits in accordance with the ISO 9000 series of standards and ISO 19011:2002, “Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing.”  Experienced instructors guide students through internal audits that are required for a quality management system based on ISO 9000.  Students gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, practical role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.

  • Provide the basics for understanding how to audit quality management systems
  • Explain the differences between internal, external and third party quality management system auditing
  • Explain and demonstrate all essential steps and techniques required for quality management system auditing, from planning through audit follow-up
  • Provide participants with sufficient training that will permit them to function immediately as members of a quality management systems audit team
