ISO 9001:2008 Management briefing: One day course

BSI's ISO 9001:2008 Management Briefing course was designed for senior management who have little time to spend, but have a great need to know how to support and optimize a management system.  In the course, we will discuss how to support a process based management system, as well as the role of, and benefits to, top management.  Participants will also receive a high-level introduction to the 5 clauses with extensive instruction on Clause 5: Management Responsibility.  The course includes exercises, and participants are encouraged to ask specific questions about the industry or the system as it applies to their organizations.
