BSI’s "PDCA: Plan-Do-Check-Act" course provides a high-level overview of the process that is the basis for all management systems. This eLearning program will lead participants through the background of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle, relate it to business activities, and introduce its role in process auditing for management systems.
