Common body of knowledge - must successfully complete six of the following: 

  1. Managing supply chains for competitive advantage
  2. Supply chain risk assessment and mitigation
  3. Quality planning
  4. Advanced quality planning and control planning
  5. Leadership
  6. Understanding and implementing BS 25999  OR Internal auditor OR Lead auditor
  7. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Core industry courses – must successfully complete both of the following:  

  1. Good manufacturing practices
  2. Understanding food safety management systems
